We are united by a shared belief in Jersey and in what can be achieved when time, experience, influence and generosity are brought together with purpose. Exchange is apolitical in nature and shaped by a genuine desire to create something worthwhile for the island and for those who care about its future. We are not taking fees for our time. Our intention is simply to cover the costs and overheads involved in arranging and delivering the events properly. If there is a shortfall, we will review matters sensibly. If there is a surplus, it will be rolled forward or given to a good cause.
